When someone is banned the guild loses 1/2 of the trophies that individual earned, so using Tarans you can see some long term members losing out.
Doesnât help to see newer members where the trophy count wouldnât go negative though.

I took similar screenshots before going to bed last night and some guilds got hit twice. And they have increased in numbers, so its not one instant banwave. Unless it only takes affect when someone logs in, not sure.

Hearing that a âBanâ removes half the trophies the player earned for the Guild is going to be a very serious problem [especially if/when multiple regularly active Guild members get hit with this Banned Bug]âŚ

Iâm also concerned if (like myself) the Guild leader is banned, does that delete the Guild or dissolve it?
Granted the Guild Iâm running is only in the Top 600 on the Steam version, but it has taken a long time to gain those rankings â and now if the system banned bug will automatically be penalizing Guilds with a loss of half the earned trophies; then might be no point playing any more if they canât fix it
ADDENDUM: Just checked, and so far it looks like our Guild has lost 69,889 Guild Trophies because of this Banned Bug â which dropped our Guild down 16 ranking levels (so far)
Nothing happens automatically when a guild leader is banned.
Your other members cannot kick you. They can contact support to have you removed but thatâs hardly an option at the minute.
When the guild leader is inactive for 21days and they get the âzzzâ note in the roster they can be usurped but not before that.

Can you find out if they played any Explore in Khaziel, where youâd be able to find the troop on defense, and if they did, whether it was allowed to cast or not and whether or not it generated the new Heroic gem or not and if so was it matched? Maybe there is still a common thread here.
For reference, I encountered Kris Krinkle in explore 12 once since release, it did not trigger its spell but did generate the heroic gems, I believe (but am not completely sure) that I exploded/destroyed the gems and didnât match them (but I recall someone getting frozen, so I know they at least triggered since nothing else had the capability), and I have not been banned (yet? as of Saturday reset, but I also donât reopen the game).

Many thanks â saves so immediate concerns knowing this Banned Bug wonât complete delete the Guild when the leader is banned (hopefully they havenât changed that setting since they posted the original info)

It seems like it affects all platforms.
Just not sure about Switch
PC/Mobile: min. 9 guilds
XBox: min. 5 guilds
PS: min. 6 guilds
Switch: probably 1 guild

It looks like more and more that those bans are related to the amount of treasure maps earned (either over a short period of time or per battle idk).
I know that nobody is interested in testing this, but can anyone debunk my theory so far?

Did he gathered a lot of treasure maps especially right before his ban?
If not, my theory might be false and it might has to be connected to something else (maybe the switched arena event has something to dot with thatâŚ)

Canât say for certain, but when I played in the morning, I donât remember acquiring any unusual number of Treasure Maps⌠I was mostly playing the Krinklemas event, and then the Arena⌠only played a few rounds in Explore⌠canât remember if I even got to play the daily Challenge⌠Didnât play the Dungeon⌠and I donât think I used up my siegels for todays Guild Event yet (but canât remember for sure)
I did use up a bunch of keys for the all the chests except for the Guild Chest and VIP Chest
I did use Kris Krinkle on a couple of different troop combinations, and I did get the Krinklemass Golden Toy Bag pet
Nice christmas spirit crow.
So it seems to be related to the golden bag pet atm
Can someone debunk this?

Yep, switch too. Iâm PurpleYoda from Brave Wolf and are the one who got banned for the same reason
