The Guild of Thieves

He met your requirements and you booted him without any notice.

This is a game. The whole competitive bragging rights BS associated with the leaderboards in GoW is hilariously childish, as evidenced by your justification of what you did.

You have nothing to do in this thread anywayā€¦i dont judge your way of managing your guild, just do the same with me.

i dont have any justification to give, can you understand that? i manage my guild the way i want. beeing removed can happen and its no big deal especially when you receives tons each weeks. only kids will cry about that.

I never asked you to justify yourself. Quite frankly, itā€™s not possible to justify kicking someone that meets all your requirements without letting them know - itā€™s straight up bush league.

And again, this is a public forum. Posting here is an implied request for public comments. Get over it.

Lad, you told me to shut up and called me boy. Iā€™m probably 3 times your body weight. It is not appropriate to refer to a silverback like that, show some respect.

This isnā€™t about guild rewards, youre obsessed about that, it is about you being disloyal and others needing to know how you function. I have been very lenient here out of respect for the guilds members. If you continue to be a turd I will tear your threads down

  1. Everyone should keep it civil.
  2. If you notice all the past posts, this is exactly how he prefers to run his guild, and has been doing it that way for awhile. And its his choice. If he likes purposely blindsiding guild members by giving them conflicting info, they know what there are getting into. If he takes pleasure from telling brand new Gems players that request the weekly guild requirements to take a hike. It his choice.

thank you for your guild management ideas. bye

  1. I have kept it civil. Quite civil actually.
  2. To be fair, the people who are applying to his guild might not be aware of what they are getting into - the purpose of a thread like this is to provide full disclosure. Obviously, based on the discussion that I joined, people that were IN the guild (for a long time even) werenā€™t aware that he operated like this, so thereā€™s that.

Iā€™m not going anywhere. Itā€™s a discussion board and Iā€™m free to discuss any thought or thread I prefer.

Exactly. It is also not common knowledge within the guild. Which was the point.

thank for a more mature comment. I must add that I dont take pleasure of removing someone. I even told the guy who wanted to join that he had to w8 monday so the other guy could collect more gems/keys.

You canā€™t look at my Guild as a comparison @anon43026234

We are the #1 Guild on both Consoles and we donā€™t boot people without warning and we certainly donā€™t boot anyone meeting minimums.

Itā€™s bush league and petty and you are being called out for it. You did the action, live with the reaction.

and its like that i want it. i will never force a member to do more than he want! members in my guild dont need a sherpa to do more than the mins. Now get over it, find a great guild and have a nice day.

I am over it. You are the one that is excited, Iā€™m just letting people know of the hidden rule in case it bites someone else next week

every guild leader manage his guild as he want, its as simple as that. i would never come to a guild thread and say how the guild have to behave. now goodbye

Who told you how to behave? Nobody suggested you should change. They just pointed out that what you did is pretty low.

wonderful! im not excited, i just dont like beeing insulted in my own thread by people i dont even know. now goodbye

Itā€™s not YOUR thread. Itā€™s a public forum. If you want to recruit in private, without comment, donā€™t post public messages for recruiting. How hard is that to understand?

Maybe you should take peoples opinion of you on board instead? Obviously you wonā€™t but it was a rhetorical question.

no its my thread in the sense that i created it, and yes its a public thread. goodbye
