To be honest i really dont know why You have problems with joining any of first two guilds. I mean darkheaven and Birch. Thieves dont count because it is a corpo not a guild ;).
It is always nice to have a big scorer in the guild even if only for few weeks. Besides thanks to You Birch have few really good gamers…

Top guilds generally have around 300 trophy minimum.
Eventually 1500 seal minimum (for consoles)
And usually 300-500k minimum gold
Obviously I can’t speak for this guild, but I expect they are fairly close to those requirements.
