Yeah, I have no idea what @Saltypatra’s duties are other than social media, but I’d hope the devs would leverage them to at least help with communication when issues like this arise.

Thats why I have two hobbies:
1. Reading the Bible
2. Playing GoW
At the very least, Parse servers are shutting down essentially now, so they had to migrate or else there’d be 0% uptime.
In my opinion, from what I’ve seen over the last two years, they get quiet when they are working on hitting major content deadlines, or fixing difficult issues.
So to me, it seems like they buckle down to get things fixed and make deadlines, and don’t have forum time. We have them bringing on out new Community and Social Media contact @Saltypatra, so I expect in the future communication will improve.
Their success is giving growing pains.

When a company has success and isn’t prepared for it, it usually leads to the demise of said company.
So I’m hoping they already have plans for this and already putting into action the next expansions.
Also, as a worker in the IT field, if I’m hitting above 25% usage, its already time to start planning and getting the next expansion ready. If you wait too long in the internet world, you are already old news
Is this kind of issue common to Mondays? I started playing maybe 2 and a half weeks ago and have never noticed it this badly before.

Monday is the busiest day because PvP resets, Guilds reset and everyone is working towards those goals.
There are better and worse weeks, but yes, Mondays have been unreliable for months now.
We are looking into the issues at the moment. Appears to be mostly affecting PC/Mobile this stage, so attempting to get more resources for it.

Haven’t been able to record all day. Every time I try an error message occurs and kills each video.

consider yourself lucky Tacet. I was doing my daily key opening when the issues occured…lost all my keys and no troops to show for it. down two new ledg’s and the IK which i didn’t have.
Why can’t the tech guys work in shifts since their customer base is global?
