Yep, you sound a exactly like a shitty employer.
I don’t even know where to start with this whole mess.
First of all I don’t think you understand what I’m saying.
They should have someone around 24/7 but not the same someone. Is that somehow difficult to understand?
More employees. Shifts.
You can’t just allow people free time on holidays and weekends. Actually, they found out that people are more productive and make fewer mistake if the work week is only 4 days and if they have ample time to recover after work.
Sorry about that but longer shifts and more pressure don’t help anyone.
Employees nowadays are also more productive than ever while their money doesn’t get them as much as it used to for older generations.
What does any of that have to do with being woke? I don’t think you know what that actually means. And don’t get me started on snowflakes.
But this has absolutely nothing to do with politics so why even bring that up? Your holier than thou attitude without actually reading what I’m saying is quite something.
I never said they were on minimum wage either. I said you sound like an employer who expects people to only live to work for them and to make them money.
What is it always with the phones and consoles when talking about wage? You know that paying in installments exists, right? Or saving for something?
And I don’t know why you expect people to work 24h a day but don’t even grant them a new phone.
Younger generations can’t afford the things our parents could, like buying/building a house and all that.
It’s also already been shown that poorer people in developed countries are more likely to be obese because processed food that’s high in fat and sugar is cheaper. It’s usually not because people eat high amounts of food, just food that is too dense in calories (while also being top low in nutrients).
But let me guess? Those darn millenials!
