By my tally, 4 days into the event we have completed over 30 key tasks and over 25 gem tasks. None of that 4 heavy donators carrying the entire guild, no sir.
I actively curate our member list and we only keep people of like minds and generosity.

As of this morning, you were rank 13 with 16 trophies and less than 26k donated.
As I have repeatedly stated in guild chat, commander tier players set the pace of the guild. Every other commander had at least 40 trophies, and the group average was over 50k donated. The second lowest donor was at 45k donated.
These are objective facts.
I was generous in giving you several weeks to get up to speed, but I can show a chronic party pooper only so much patience before making room for someone willing to put forth more effort. I donāt enjoy kicking people, but I will not sit idly by as someone reaps the rewards of othersā hard work and repeatedly fails to achieve even 50% of the guildās expectations.
I very much appreciate you removing any nagging doubts about kicking you being the right decision.
Yes, that is 5k per day, which should be commensurate with a level 121 character, no? And that does show being an active member of the guild, right?
If performance was an issue, why not send a pm to give the member a heads up? I had no idea that I was on the cut line whatsoever.
I have been rank one every week since I started playing the game. If you want only high level players, thatās fine, I get it. But thatās not what the guild charter message states. Treating players like human beings should be worth something to a guild leader.

While I will freely admit that my trophy contribution for the first 4 days of this week were less than usual, it is disingenuous of you to infer that I wasnāt contributing to the guild. I followed every guideline you have laid out and was not a free loader or tag along.
I believe I earned at least some type of warning before being unceremoniously dumped, and I hope that, at the very least, you will extend that courtesy to your future members.
Has been stated a few times that if you find yourself in one of those bottom ranks you better lift your game or start explaining the reasons ā¦ your failure to read the chat messages isnāt anybody elseās fault
If you think 25k gold per week is reasonable for a member of a top 20 guild to contribute, lets see how long you last in your next guild !!!
You also talk about people like you actually know them, but I find that hilarious given your total lack of contribution to chat, steam group or anywhere else members communicate ā¦
Should tag all your new application posts with a link here to show your future guild leaders exactly the type of person you are ā¦ but then again, that would be sinking to your level and not rising to our own
Iāll be honestā¦I play on iPad and had no idea about any chat or steam groups. Only the guild chat on here that hasnāt had any activity since January.
The 25k was from 4 days this week. I contributed at least 60k per week in the 2 weeks before that. If that isnāt acceptable it wasnāt clear to me when I joined.
You might be better served having more defined requirements in your recruitment thread. If I had known what your expectations were (I.e. Must be rank 1 by Wed., must contribute 75k gold weekly, etc.) I can assure you I would have met them.
I truly enjoyed being a part of the guild and it made the game a lot more fun. Being thrown out without warning (or expectation) was what prompted my comments here.
I would be comfortable discussing that with any guild leader as well FYI.
Ididoth, thank you for stating your opinions that are of your own and unfounded. We are very clear with our expectations and what ābeing activeā is, and this chatter goes on in the guild chat tab which every guild member is aware of and reads and participates at their leisure.
Everything that was important (and regarding your activity) was stated in guild chat, which as you stated previously, you were unaware of itās existence. I think the point has been made and the grievances have been stated
There is no more, āthis, that, this, thatā necessary. We all get it, weāre all good. Letās just move on and let it go.
