What/where is “cunning thorn” weapon?

I can’t find any mention of the “cunning thorn” weapon on forum anywhere. It’s shown as unowned in my inventory for vulpacea but it’s not in the soulforge this week. I was on a year break from the game when vulpacea came out, what is this weapon? Is there a way to obtain without money or is this one of the flash offer/real money only ones (lame if so)

It was the weapon on the free track of the Vulpacea kingdom pass. So yeah it is cash only now if you missed it.
