It unlocks when you reach that mastery. If you already have that mastery, the game will notice when you level up next time and unlock the weapon.

This is how it always is - the only difference this time is that they were a day behind in putting the weapon in, so some people leveled up after the event and didn’t get it.
Then why does it say on events to go to this forum for more information on them. 505 hasn’t posted any events in this forum.
Tbh, I think it needs to be made clearer who is who in terms of staff on here and what they are support for. It’s very confusing having responses that don’t relate to the actual game a console player is playing.
This hasn’t been helped by 505 closing their forums and telling us to go here.
Furthermore, if this is YOUR game (as in the developers here) why are you not involved in anything to do with the console version. Surely you must have a say in design/new troops/etc otherwise it could end up totally different to what you set out to achieve?
