Weapon Bug (Morthani's Scythe) [works now 1/23]

Got in this morning to play after patch installed on PS4 and noticed that my Morthani’s Scythe is not creating skulls on kill.

I did only play through PvP via my Guild Wars. Did not try any PvE battles yet.
