What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting to get new weapon without creating this bug report. I received mail with new Scythe inside, but it can’t be found in my collection. I tried different ways: used “type of weapon” / “weapon name” / “kingdom weapons” etc. in filter.
So I =>

  • restarted GoW client several times;
  • restarted Steam;
  • verifyed integrity of game files in Steam;
    It did not help.

Successfully retrieved on Xbox. I’m sure they’ll fix it soon. The wait already… lol

you must restart. I don’t understand why, after a fresh start and collecting my gift I must restart again to view it in my collection. It doesn’t make sens but it works. I guess they forget to add a automatic load of ressources at first start.
