What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I expected to see an upgrade offer (as well as notifications in guild and global chats) after unlocking The Possessed King with event keys.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Started today. Offers have been popping slowly for about 2 weeks, but this is the first total miss, which coincided with non-notification of the find in chats .
Steps to make it happen again
