Been playing for years. Level 1765.
This update has totally screwed me.
Had to uninstall / reinstall.
Does not recognise my cloud save.
New password doesn’t work.
And I cannot get the account option to sort out my account.
Apologies to all in Mean Machine but I am not going to keep banging my head against this overblown, forced to play for hours just to stay put bullshit.
Top many unachievables since I started playing.
Too many good people to mention, but Whisp, Jax and Alpaca run the best guild.
I will try again after Xmas.

If you submit a support ticket, we can get you back into your account with a new password.
Reaching out via a ticket is always going to be the fastest way to get you back into your game, rather than posting on the forum where we then have to direct you to a ticket anyways - cos we don’t want players sharing their emails and login details obviously all over the forum.
Understand it’s frustrating when you are already having issues with the game and need to reinstall, AND THEN there is a cloud save problem… but if you had submitted a ticket, I would have grabbed it already a few hours ago and had it sorted.
But all the best for the holiday period, if you want to take a break and submit a ticket after!
It’s possible that your end has trained people that tickets rarely get answered (I had personally one outstanding for 7 months myself without even a glint of a reply) but that’s just my observation.
I would also imagine, were it my company where a long term high level player was complaining and had just announced he was going to have to quit the game for a month (which face it, means they are unlikely to return) might have been a bit more compassionate and caring rather than berating them for not sending in a ticket and telling them oh well see you next year. But there’s plenty of players right? It’s not like alienating a few here and there will hurt.
