Today they sent me a second mail with 200 gems, I dont understand if it is a bug or they are just generous and I didnt redeeme yet. What should I do? Is it a bug or not?

I say it’s a bank error in your favor. Besides I think losing 200 gems is the least of IP2’s worries rn.

200 Gems, 400 Gems, it’s still pretty crappy… 
Did anyone check the before and after # of gems?
Pre-emptive compensation for the next delve’s bug. They just forgot replacing the template text

I read your comment so I did. I got the 200 gems.
Confirming this happened to me on Android as well. Best bug yet 
A) Odd thing to report
B) People in our guilds got those at different times. Would be a weird bug
C) 400 gems seems somewhat fair so thanks for the 2nd round of gems 
If I had received/claimed the compensation for a second time I would probably have kept quiet about it 
does this really bother you?
