Fair enough, thanks for trying.
(Ah, yeah, the old XBox-Windows integration. It’s a moot point for me since I’ve had an XBox account for ages so I’ve essentially already forgotten about first setting it up.)

I think I saw this 4 times in the past week. The first time, I thought I had made a mistake. I must have misclicked. I suspect it has something to do with giant gems, but I don’t typically record all my gameplay… If I don’t see it again, I will assume that I have just been very tired this week.
Still asking for proof of a bug that EVERYONE OF YOU knows exists I see. I guess you can pat yourselves on the back and pretend job well done.
Nobody is actually saying “case closed” here – if anything we’re calling it a “cold case” due to lack of literally ANY evidence to pursue.
It’s like listening to claims of Bigfoot sightings or UFO encounters – if this really is so obvious and so common, then how has literally no one recorded video of it happening? Does the bug somehow “know” who is able to record video footage, and “choose” to plague only those who can’t? Pick whichever sounds more preposterous…
I’m always willing to accept that maybe there’s a bug somewhere, but until somebody actually SHOWS video of it happening, we can’t offer any analysis, much less give the developers the same info so they can dive into the code, identify what actually happened and how they’re supposed to fix it.
Again, I play this game daily and see all kinds of things happen (including some bugs) and as a Switch player I am able (and quick!) to capture video for later review if something didn’t feel right … yet NOT ONCE have I ever personally experienced an Extra Turn (or lack thereof) without a legitimate explanation (even when said explanation is a different bug).
Your ridiculous…you know there’s bugs. Spend more time fixing bugs instead of replying to snarky emails.

Hey, I do have a snark threshold, you just crossed it.
Oh, and Poe’s Law or … something…
Lol…I do like your style sir. I just don’t like the run around we get sometimes.
@Tarana Fwiw, Stratelier is just another player like you, they aren’t one of the devs or the GoW support team, so they can’t fix bugs etc., they’ve just probably been around the forums a little while(?).
Only a few months, but have been playing GoW (Switch) for maybe two years now.
Outside of here I’ve been on the Internet at large for … over 20 years? Definitely before YouTube, not quite before Internet Explorer or Google Search (but pretty darn close). I have experience in programming (hobby, not professional) and a generally well-honed instinct in troubleshooting. I’m also totally obsessed with details/precision.
But yeah. Just an ordinary user.
You make a compelling point. And obviously actual video of an event is necessary so that devs can prioritize their time, too. With so many confirmed bugs to chase, you can’t expect them to go after every “rumour”.
On the other hand, if you make a habit of discounting other people’s experiences when they do not match your own, you can get into all sorts of epistemic trouble: I’ve never seen anyone die. Even though I’ve spent some time around hospitals where human death is rumoured to be most likely, I’ve still never seen it for myself. To be sure, I’ve seen so-called dead people. But without having witnessed their death, or stuck around long enough to see that they aren’t getting up after a few days or weeks, how can I really be sure? Perhaps we really have been burying people alive – as a way to control population. Anyone who says that they have actually watched a “corpse” go from recently alive to unambiguously dead (rotting), is obviously just part of the conspiracy.
I know it’s a really silly example, but you get my point.
On the other hand (apparently I have more than two), if you’re not skeptical enough, you can end up in serious woo-woo territory. As you point out, reports of sightings simply aren’t sufficient.
But your personal experience is no more or less relevant than anyone else’s… except, of course, to you.
