Platform : PC

wait all day and not load
other computer and IOS work fine but not for this computer

I try :

Delete game and reinstall
Delete game and remove steam download cache and reinstall

Try to delete file
C:/Users/YourName/AppData/Roaming/com.infinite-interactive.GoW/LocalStore\HeroSteam.json
but com.interactive.GoW folder is not exist

Hey, I definitely don’t recommend deleting any game files from your PC as your save data is actually stored on our game servers, not on your PC.

Please try reinstalling the game to make sure all your files are ok and then try the troubleshooting steps here:
