Status effects both good and bad combined

With your introduction to the cursed ailment that gave me an idea for good and bad combined status effects. Because with cursed yes you can get status effects easier and when you do get them it’s harder to naturally release them but on the flipside you can’t be devoured so if you didn’t have immunity to being devoured then that’s a plus.

So you could do more like something along the lines of sleep where the troop under sleep skips its turn but it also heals a certain amount of Health until either being attacked or naturally recovering from it from or recovering from the 10% per turn rule.
Another one could be named… I would say frozen but that’s already taken so, Slime? Goo? Where you do less damage with skulls but you also take less damage from skulls.
