Spinnerette's web doesn't work [NOT A BUG]

As shown in this image, the enemies continued to gain mana and use spells as usual.
What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I bought the Spinnerette and I’ve been using it to fight. However, its web ability rarely works. Most of the times, webbed enemies can still gain magic and use it. Can you fix this please? My username is henryduong16.

Web does not stop the enemy to get mana. Web reduces their magic to Zero (damaging power). So, if an webbed enemy does (magic+1 damage), means they will only hit their target(s) with 1 damage while webbed.
The same applies if they gain other stats based on their magic. They will gain like 1 or 2 of that.
