But you need to report in a ticket or a DM. Reporting it like this will only get you in trouble Instead.
Yes, threads like this are considered “callout threads”. At the very least you should obscure the username and guild name, but in reality the only effective way to deal with this is to file a bug report with the undoctored image then post the doctored image here.
