Is the gnome only in certain explore kingdoms right now, and is the raid battle accessible to anybody? I feel like I’m missing something. 
Raid opens in 4 days, is next weeks Guild event instead of GW.
Gnome appears random as far as I am aware

Cool, thanks. I wonder if Gnome can appear in PVP? 
Gnomes can appear in any game mode other than Guild Wars. (and new events, but they have something special instead 
)

Devs won’t reveal odds of a gnome appearance for some reason, but based on community input so far, estimates based on limited data are that they appear as rarely as 1 in 500 matches. So don’t hold your breath.
