What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I expected to be able to fight a casual PvP battle. Instead, the enemy troops were decimated before I could take a turn. I did not win. I did not lose. Game stalled, so I had to close and restart both times.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Difficult to say since Soothsayer takes a random enemy skill to diminish
