What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I cast Three Wishes of Shahbanu Vespera on the Hornet’s Nest. Basing on text, I expected +13 to a random skill of Hornet, then another two +13 somewhere else. Well, as screenshot obviously shown, I got +13 shield of the Hornet only. It’s not the first time I see that, but the first time when I decided to track and assure that it works exactly this way.
Text says “Add 13 skill. Create 9 gems. Repeat 2 more times for random Allies”. It’s obvious for me that instead assuming meaning "(+13 skill, +9 gems)x3 (that’s the three wishes after all?) it works like 13 skill+(9 gems)x3. It’s only way to explain it. But is it intended? It’s Mythic troop after all, and while (+13 skill)x3 is truly mythic-level, (9 gems)x3 is not so.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
