It seems like the support team cannot be bothered with game breaking bugs. I’ve seen this issue beibg reported back un 2018 and it’s clearly still here, thus unimportant for you.
I captured a video specifically so you won’t go looking for excuses like, maybe a different card gained the ma a or maybe the card was silenced. NO. This is on you and it happens more often as of late, regardless of whether I’m playing arena, pet rescue, events or pvp.
I require an answer and a timeline for when this will be fixed or I’m personally gone. You made time for addi g video ads in what’s already a money hole game, but you don’t have the decency to fix a game breaking bug that’s been around for years- it’s sickening.
