Latest update fixed all my missing art!
However, I had much fewer problems than everyone else posting here.
Weâre still investigating missing art as we have a couple of reports still
It seems like itâs fixed for most people at least though and weâll keep hunting down whatâs still causing it for the others
Artwork is still disappearing on Android mid-battle. Missing Raven image (top right), missing hero background (bottom left).
Considering the wait time to get updates on iOS, this has been going on way too long. It would help to at least get better communication about whatâs been identified and dealt with, instead of just âreportedâ vs. âostensibly fixedâ. Iâm a dev myself and I understand the frustration, but I try to keep people in the loop as to whatâs going on under the hood.
The artworks are good now!
Just a little info about some of the things weâve done/found so far:
- We rebuilt all the art - multiple times
- Art was pushed out again
- We investigated whether the builds were failing in this area specifically
- We investigated corrupted files
- We have checked the atlases
- We have investigated different parts of our hardware & network for failures which could cause missing or corrupted art files
- We have worked with the affected players to look for commonalities such as platform and region to identify whether there was a failure with a specific store, game version, connection in a specific region.
- We have asked the basic troubleshooting questions regarding connection quality, device models and storage space for example.
- We have tested extensively and the issues are inconsistent across devices and some specific art being missing we canât reproduce at all ourselves
It seems the fixes we had in 6.9 did improve the issue for a lot of players but it hasnât completely fixed the issue for everyone so we are still currently investigating. Iâm not sure of the specifics of the fix that was in 6.9 at this time.
Hi @Kafka - I still donât have mine - Iâm iOS 16.4.1 - am on latest version of Gems. These are the artworks I still donât have - as well as Spike and Axe Beak. I have tried to download assets after last update but still no resolution. Do I need to put in a specific ticket? My invite code is DAZBO

The new mythic is broken the same way. This is ridiculous.
Iâm pretty sure I mentioned this already, but there are two aspects of the missing artwork I feel are very likely to be clues to solving the bug:
- If you hit the Download All Assets button, the game attempts to download missing sprites but the download gets stuck, forever, in the last 6 MB or so.
- After skipping the download, the Download All Assets button claimsâvery incorrectlyâthat all assets have been downloaded. You canât try again until the next time the app is updated or (presumably) more assets are added by the dev team. That definitely should never be the case.
Has this been given up, or are the developers still trying to fix it?
Iâm sad this is taking so long.

It was not. I keep getting glitches, disappearing images, disappearing backgrounds, white/black squares where hero should be, some images are missing completely (like the image of some monster on the screen where you buy extra delve sigils - itâs just empty, gone, no image thatâs there on Steam). It is better than before, sure. It doesnât happen every single battle, sure. But the issue is still very much here. On Android, at least.
No it wasnât. The devs thought they fixed it, and apparently for some users it did improve, but for many of us the graphics remain broken. This has been going on since March now, and thereâs been no regular communication about what theyâve been doing to diagnose and fix the problem.
Iâm a developer myself so I get that itâs difficult to deal with elusive issues, but when something is this widespread it needs more attention and more communication.
I disagree, and can provide you with day-fresh screenshots, if you donât believe me.
Weâre still actively investigating this.
