When your also in that menu, of smoke or darkness you canât use any of the functions, they get disabled and throw back zero responses until you somehow clear the offending menu error. Or you can look and look and type whatever you want into your search bar and you wonât get any results. If you didnât know thisâŠ

I was going to start a new thread but have decided to update this thread.
As of Dec 22, this bug/glitch is still happening Frequently.

This taken on my Ipad mini 2, and yes I realise my Ipad needs upgrading but after a clean restart I get a few battles free of this bug until it happens again bringing me full circle to yet another restart neededâŠ

Hey everyone,
We just pushed a fix out for this issue. Could you please force close and reload Gems of War and let us know if youâre still experiencing the problem.
If you are could you please uninstall and reinstall the game and see if that fixes the issue.

Did as suggested. Problem is still there.

To add, it seems to be fine on medium graphics quality (but gets a little slower).
Unfortunately, it gets switched back to low all the time (I guess because my device isnât made for higher quality graphics).

Is that why my device switches back all the time too?? It seems to run fine on higher graphics so Iâm always confused when it jumps back to low settings.

Mine stopped after I restarted my phone. Well, most of the time. It still does it, but itâs better than it was.

I was going to tell you that my only problem I saw in the half hour or play that I saw was that the storms were not showing up up properly like in the example but when I clicked the camera the effects all came back!!! So that might be part of the code giving the problemâŠ
I did the complete uninstall reinstall and all was fine, did the 950MB download too, and it felt better until I used my OS camera on the game then it trashed it from then forwardâŠ

Has anyone noticed if this is happening to specific troops or is it just any troop?

Restarting the tablet (after re-installing the game) helped a bit. Itâs at least not every fight anymore.
No idea when it happens. I havenât noticed anything special going on.

Mais bon dieu rĂ©agissez et venez enfin en aide Ă ceux qui ne peuvent plus jouer car ils ne savent pas contre quoi ils jouent. Ce bug est horrible. A se demander si vous lâavez pas provoquĂ© vous mĂȘme pour dĂ©gager les joueurs Android. Ăvidemment câest les vacances et rien ne va ĂȘtre fait et dans 15 jours vous allez vous excuser en filant 50 gemmes. Faudrait pour une fois arrĂȘter de prendre les gens pour des imbĂ©ciles.
