The have a Community Manager Team for customer relations, I think the members are Kafka, Jeto and OminousGMan.
I believe Jeto just works Puzzle Quest 3 these days. The posts that go up in her name are automated.
It would be nice to have some sort of response. I did not want to flood customer service with a support ticket, but honestly I am not sure if it matters any more. Is this proof the game has finally been abandoned and everything we are getting is just set it and forget it on their part? Is the game going to shut down in a year?

They have literally said they will compensate. Read the article I linked. It was posted last week but updated recently with more information.
