Ok, EVERYONE that has paid for the pass should request a refund!! I am sure they will respond if this happened.
They only said they would be giving them this week, they never stated it would resolved immediately after the reset on Monday so I’ll hold back any further complaints for now…
But Devs, seriously, you do not want to go into GW week with both this bug and the still under investigation missing defense score issue.
Probably they will wait until they get hit with a class action lawsuit to bother changing how they operate and only if it costs them enough when they inevitably do.
Something has to be done. We ARE spending money and in return we get bugs and the middle finger!!!
I am sure Apple, Sony and MS would deem this as a consumer rights issue and against terms and conditions.
