The majority of players are not spending money. Any software that has ever existed, exists or will exists will contain bugs and from experience some of them can be such PITA that it takes weeks or months to solve especially if you canāt dedicate time to an ever increasing amount of bugs.
Even for those having payed the pass they most likely would not have a case as of now when the company stated they are investigating the issue.
At best only once the current campaign pass conclude before any fix to the situation or if the company came out saying they would not fix the issue, only then might the players have a chance at a case.
Still a request for refund is always a possibility.
Overall with the increasing amount of bugs (and the longer time required to fix them) these last few months all seem, to me, of a team too small and overworked for the products they support. No matter what they say I canāt believe that PQ3 is not having a significant impact on the quality of GoW.
I understand that some issues can be really annoying and bugs are the bane of any IT person so I tend to be more lenient, but there is no denying that things are turning for the worse here.
Well, IF the issue is not fixed by the end of the pass, they will HAVE to refund everyone that paid, unless they mail us ALL of the missing items.
Wait, you are expecting refunds from Infinity Plus Two? The company that just recently forgot to put the grand jackpot into their loot boxes, continued with false advertising for a week while keeping it broken, then closed and locked all support tickets without resolution?

So, we get to the new week, in which we are supposed to be compensated for the missing stars, and we find that it is NOT happening? The devs 4 day weekend was exceedingly relaxing and they could not be bothered to meet their commitment to the community. Wait, did i just mistakenly assume they cared? What was i thinking?!

Serious the Campain is fartger buggy on PS5 . Slowly u make me very angry. The Game growing Week per Week more to a pay to win only Game and u are not unable to give us a functional Game experience ! Buggs in German Trophys. In Gameplay and payed Extras. So whats up? U could only collect Money or u can also give us a working Game. U will lose Players. U re on the best Way i bet.

For those saying they will catch up the 3 stars and chill - there is the fact that we donāt get the artefact benefit for the week without the 3 stars - so timeliness of a resolve is actually key
Between the bugs in campaign still not fixed for two weeks now, the fatal freezes in delves and matches, horrible lag between matches and issue with GW, I am getting close to my breaking point. This is getting ridiculous.
I thought they said it was going to be fixed. Itās still 3 stars short. Does anyone work there? Geez!
They say a lot of things, itās the actual doing part that they have difficulty with.
Personally I donāt understand why this still hasnāt been fixedā¦ but it was never stated that it would happen today, just āthis week.ā
What everyone misses in cases like this is you donāt ask for a refund after getting screwed over by bad faith business practices. You go for the normal channels of trying to get your problem solved, and if there is any trying to to wiggle out of the deal, you issue a chargeback with your credit card service who will rescind the funds, and possibly hurt the companyās credit card processing ability if it happens enough. We have a large amount of mounting evidence that people are reaching out and trying to get this resolved in a reasonable and timely way with IP2, but it is very slow in coming with utter radio silence. If this continues to not get resolved, or they try to say by accepting the gems offered in that in-game mail we are waiving any further compensation as itās been resolved, then Iām immediately doing a chargeback on the full Campaign Pass purchase.
That way, the onus is on them to dispute the chargeback and provide proof that they fulfilled the service agreed to when we purchased the pass. Itās basic consumer protection for bait and switch shenaniganās and not delivering what was agreed upon. I highly suggest everyone who spent any money on this Campaign Pass keep that as a back pocket option to see how this resolves.
Iām not resorting to that yet, but itās an expression of just how poor quality the recent product and transparency of information on these issues has been lately that Iām even considering this.
Imagine a future where they release content with care and quality that is exactly what they claim when selling it and is bug free and instead of raising our torches and pitchforks on the forums we could instead be talking about the things about the game we actually do likeā¦ I for one would like to see this and am trying to push for this if only they would lol
Folks -the only reason youāre missing 3 stars for this week is one of the Tasks took the place of the last weekās 3 star missing task.
Itās not because its still broken - Itās because they never gave the 3 stars.
What I donāt understand is something very simple - The dev know math. The dev said we will get our 3 stars, knowing Nobody had the bonus from last weekās artifact.
Anyone finishing this weekās campaign before the stars are given will be missing THIS weekās artifact and bonus.
I donāt understand why the Dev did not just give the three stars at the start of this new campaign so what is happening now didnāt happen.
