I think some are missing the obvious here.
How many people do you think bought the campaign pass just to get those 3 stars? I’ll bet a bunch.
Once enough people have purchased it, it will miraculously be “fixed.”

When you buy the $25 pass you get 20 points a week.
The fact that I even have to explain that…
$25 won’t be coming from me. I won’t do the $7.99 kingdom thing again either. Pretty close to not doing the $9.99 campaign pass since I have not bought it yet. I know one person that didn’t have a TV for a week so they could not log in and they usually buy the pass and there is no way of making up the lost days because the 100 gem thing got deactivated. Their TV broke and it took some time to get a new one. Things like this is why having to play every single day is a piss poor idea. Anyone could lose their way to play and they will keep your money and you will get absolutely nothing for it. So nope I will not play that stupid game again. If you want to buy it’s best to wait til the absolute end so you do not get screwed!!!

Yeah… I didn’t buy campaign pass as I waited for kingdom pass - definitely not going to buy it (if at all) before this is fixed.

And it’s guild wars next week! I wonder if the scoring has been fixed yet? Oh, and it’s also nexus kingdom week. What could possibly go wrong…

If even then.
Same with Guild Wars scoring. No one ought to expect that to be fixed, and if that’s the last straw then better to rip the bandaid off quickly and never look back.

Still no fix for the missing stars - I want a refund for my campaign pass if this can’t be fixed.

You may find that chargeback is difficult for transactions long enough in the past. You may also find your Gems of War account banned, because Infinity Plus Two will want to discourage other players from taking this approach.
If they want to go down that route, they will. This is a fun game, but I’m not going to keep playing it if the terms aren’t fulfilled. At least I’d get my money back.

This goes to show you that you should never part with money til the last minute. Thankfully I did that with the campaign. I wish I had with the kingdom garbage dump. I won’t be spending money on that money grabbing garbage mode ever again. Spend money but have to spend lots more to get it done quicker or use 100 gems per level to also get it done quicker if only it worked 
. I think the passes are now basically punishment for spending money. I don’t like punishment. First they made the 100 gems thing not work to punish paying customers then the I have the 3 stars you need so you still have to wait to get the things you paid for next week along with the extra stats. At the end I guess folks will have to fork over more money to get the 3 stars that are held ransom or not get the mythic week 10. That’s the way this game seems to be going lately.

Ok now the game is slow af, buggy and most issues will likely not be fixed. Can I get a refund on the lifetime spent building a decent account ?
They’ve already fixed it, apparently. I’ve been into the game a little while ago and little updates have been downloaded. I entered the campaign, and in the rewards there it was, the artifact waiting to be collected.
