What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
When the new event started I should have gone back to Tier 15, but my icon still shows Tier 1
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Start a new event?

@devs Nothing crazy but something I thought you should know about.
Figure there are two easy fixes:
- Change my icon
OR
- Award me all the rewards for having attained Tier 1 already!!

After the weekly event reset, Gems for the last 2 weeks has been listing my Tier as “Tier 1” on the Roster and PvP screens right up until I do my first PvP match. Then the Tier icon changes to to the correct progress level.
I was wondering if I’d still get invaded when I hadn’t started any PvP matches yet for the week. I did get one Defense loss even though the devs said we’re rotated off the active PvP list if we haven’t battled for 1-2 hours?
Have screenshots of 6 Defense losses in a row when leaving the tablet off for 4 hours. So the multiple loss issue is still occurring.
Adversely affects overall game progression when Gems is telling you “you’re a LOSER player and losers don’t get Tribute rewards or keys or gems, nya nuh na nya huh!”
