During a recent stream @Saltypatra claimed that Sony is still not allowing cross play. She didn’t seem to believe me when I told her that is no longer true. So, here you go.
I’m sure there will be some excuse why it won’t be possible or why it can’t be done. But, if I had one wish for this game it would be thy the devs make cross play a reality.
@TonberryDoink migrating accounts is not the same as cross play and we have legal agreements with our third party providers to not migrate accounts.
That’s the first time I’ve seen that mentioned but I guess we always assumed it was something like that… I just hope there is a clause if a platform ceases support for gems they could migrate accounts.
I’m sure that wouldn’t be a problem knocks on wood to avoid all the superstitious jinxing shenanigans
