As you can see, I leveled Mydnight to KL15, so i should have Daemon Child, Bone Hound and Feyr - but i have none, even after several restarts!
Odd, I did get them. I know, the question is a stupid one, but… have you checked your mails?
P.S.: Also, could this be related to the fact, that you have not completed the story yet?

Phew I was worried about this after seeing your issue with the Kingdom bonus as well, I thought maybe you had an account specific problem but good to know they were in your mail!
