What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
Nothing change (atack,magic or defense) on my hero or troops when i change my home kingdom.
I expect my team to receive + to attack, defense or magic depending on the selected Kingdom
What are the steps to make it happen again?

Changing your home kingdom does not affect your stats. It only affects your tribute bonus (and what traitstones people get from you in PVP).
The bonuses that you see from each kingdom are automatically applied to each troop and your hero as soon as it is available.

I learn something new everyday, about the trait stones given in pvp.
Home Kingdom only affects traitstones on PC / MOBILE. For us on console, traitstones in PVP are totally random.
