My Fair Lady

Id say the growth rate is linear to time put in. Assuming the lower level player isnt using 4 peasants.

No I’m following the same logic I apply to politics and others in regards to participation.

You don’t vote, your opinion on politics is invalid.
You don’t play videogames, your opinion on game violence is invalid.
You have never fired a gun, your opinion on gun safety is invalid.

Well then, if that’s so… I’m out. Have a good day.

So, on that logic, no one has a valid view on whether using nuclear weapons is a good or bad thing.

That’s a pretty good joke, call event fair and at the same time put new legendary exclusively in event chest paired with one of the most useless legendary. :smile_cat:

They have been used before and millions of people have been affected by their use, they “participated” unwillingly.

Despite what parents tell their children, opinions are not equal and you are not automatically entitled to one just because you exist.

Sounds like you do not beleive in equality with a statement like that.

I don’t understand the argument that those who decide not to put in the time (all top guilds require time, not skill, commitment) are entitled to recieve the same rewards at the same rate as those who do. This game has never operated that way, and Gems of War continues to be extremely friendly to “casual” players as compared to the rest of the F2P industry. But the idea that all new things should be handed out at a rate compatible with a player who chooses a tight-knit “family” guild over a “raiding” guild?

As an aside, you don’t need every card, or every card at Mythic, to enjoy the game and be competitive.

And I’m also a misogynist and a racist too? Because that’s how these SJW arguments end up…

Doubtful. Just because you have no experience in something does not mean you did not gather information to be able to form an opinion. What data i have on top guilds is basicly they put in a ton of hours and through exponential growth gain a ridiculous amount of rewards. For each player/hour the guild benefits by x players. One player can donate 36000 gold and that gold will yield 10 gems and some tokens. In a 30 player guild that means that 300 gems were produced instead of 10 even though each player gets only those 10 gems. The problem is not about hours put in but the exponential growth of resources that the guilds create that decreases the value of those rewards. Whether this is a good thing or not makes it seem unfair for those that are not in that guild because it creates an in-group out-group with the in-group benefiting and the out-group suffering.

So, you’re suffering now?

Given the direction this thread has taken, maybe the thread’s title should be changed to “My Unfair Lady” or such?

I know that you defensive team is mean, and the fly that has been bothering me today is not making anything easier… :stuck_out_tongue:

Precisely.

Depends on attitude. Those who are not getting rewards treat it as unfairness. If you were in a guild that had the requirement of 300000 gold donation each week then the amount in return would be 300k times 30 plays gaining that amount each week and their rewards spread over 30 players equaling out to a whopping 9 million gold investment that pays back 270 million gold back in resources each week. Is it fair? Probably not. Does it hurt the economy of the game? Probably. Does it devalue any part of the game? To me yes.

When you go negative, it’s hard to pull yourself back.

Wait for our next couple announcements - I think you’ll change your tune.

LOL. my defense team is 4-11. I can only make annoying defenses. I learned that from @larohar and @jainus. Seems to still work.
