I want to build a team which can benefit MOST out of 4-match
and see if the team can actually win…

Really depends in which game mode you want it to win?
PvP/Explore/GW/Delves? There would be numerous teams you could use, also depends on what troops you have/Hero classes levelled.
Too many variants to be able to simplify the answer to this question. If you could provide more information then maybe we can help?
