My GW defenses have been replace by old ones, on bad colours.

This happened to me as well! I just saw that my teams are messed up compared to what I set on monday - questioned my sanity for a moment but thankfully I took a screenshot of the original setup on monday. I did not rearrange any team slots btw – I wansn’t even aware that you can do that. It looks like the teams got mixed up from day 3 forward, 2 teams got repeated as a result and I lost 4000 bonus points in total. I will be submitting a ticket with the exact screenshots but as a member of a guild that competes in GW, it’s very disappoinitng.
