What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I expected story dialogue to be gender neutral or match your avatars gender, but it only has male pronouns for Pan’s Vale and Glacial Peaks (and possibly others)
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This is a consitent issue if I run the dialogue again, so I think it does not check for gender.

play through and read the dialogue for the main story quests for Pan’s Vale and Glacial Peaks with a female avatar.
