Game froze in new delve and kicked me out, wasting a sigil

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting the game not to freeze and kick me out. I didn’t lose a match, it just booted me or timed me out or something and now I’m 1-3 sigils down for the weekend.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Hopefully just the once and I’m not sure why it did it.

This happens to me once or twice every faction. I’ve stopped bothering to submit tickets for it. Just spend another 200 gems on power potions and add it to the tally for justification when you quit the game -_-
