[Tech Issue] Game froze in delve

Then game closed
When I went back to delve it counted as a loss.

Hi Mariana, it looks like you don’t have all the game art downloaded yet. I would suggest connecting to wifi (so you don’t use your mobile data for this) and then opening the game settings and selecting “download all assets” this will make all the art download so that it doesn’t download it only as you encounter it for the first time in the game.

I had been playing the game for at least an hour, connected to wifi, and I think this was a level 80 Delve. I had been seeing a flash at the bottom of the screen at the start of some battles before this issue happened. The game then logged out on its own.
After logging back in it did not recur
No big deal other than one wasted sigil.
