Invasion reward not received (Intrim III all 12 levels cleared)

Platform, device version and operating system:
Steam on PC and Iphone SE

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Monday AM as I log on, I am expecting to receive

  • all reward from Invasion completed by Intrim III (lvl 1 to lvl12)
  • level 13 or 14 of bounty (as i have already collected the other before)
    Actual:
  • I have not receive any of the above mentioned.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
First time that this happen to me. I have noticed this because i was expecting to receive the Major Orb which did not happen :frowning:

Side Note
From my understanding, another member of our guild is having same problem (Vampgirl)

I have a friend who also experienced this issue with her account. I believe she submitted a missing rewards ticket.
