Before Casting Druid. The spell has enough damage to kill opponents with both direct and splash damage.
After Casting Druid. Spell hit 2nd troop & killed 1st, 2nd and 3rd troop. The second of 2 random enemies never generated.
Druid should have a double cast with 4 viable opponents. But, if he hits EITHER of the middle 2, the second attack does not happen.
However, if the first cast hits the first OR last opponent, then the 2nd cast happens as normal.
Seems there is a targeting bug similar to what Ship Cannon (and others) had.
Tested during the World Event.
Have Druid in World Event and watch when its’ first cast hits the 2nd or 3rd of 4 opponents.

Hey @HounganAtLarge
Thank you for posting. I’ve brought this to the attention of the development team so they can investigate what’s happening here.

Can confirm on Switch also, video for proof:
The 1st strike killed two opponents, and the 2nd strike would have killed the survivors – except it never occurred at all.
Hypothesis: When the spell is cast, maybe both targets are decided simultaneously, and if the 1st strike kills target #2 the second strike never happens because its intended target is no longer valid?
This sounds a lot like Infernus. His spell also used to pick two random targets, then deal splash damage to them, possibly causing the second blast to get lost. Handling eventually got changed to pick a random target and deal splash damage, twice. Maybe that part of the spell script should get copied for Druid?
