[Fix Incoming] Trying to access the campaign menu is causing the game to crash or freeze

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Every time my girlfriend try to access campaign screen to retrieve reward. The game crash. She restarted the game and the switch and it’s the same.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Each time she try to enter the campaign menu/screen. It began two days ago.

Steps to make it happen again
Every time she tried to enter campaign menu to claim rewards.

I’ve a question about the bug correction.
She has collected and completed each artefact since artefact began on switch.
If the correction of the bug arrived later (days or weeks) will the artefact considered still completed ?

I’ve been having the same issue this morning as well. I attempt to open the campaign tab and the game crashes.

This has been happening to me for 2 days. It also kicks me out of the game.

On IOS does not crash, simply hang forever

I have the same problem on Steam and Windows 11. Opening the Campaign menu causes the game to hang with the coloured gems circling endlessly.

Seems to affect Switch as well, with the weird part being that it just started happening a day or two ago (up through Wednesday saw no problems, it was business as usual).

I think we have literally ALL platforms accounted for by now.

Still not solved (here on a Switch).
The week will be gone and it’s just a shame to not use actual playtime to achieve all campaign goals… feel like playing for nothing.
Can any devs can confirm there are working on it ?

But if you already complete the tasks, you only need to collect later the rewards, if you didn’t, you can do it later too, it would be problematic if was the end of the campaign.

@RootsSeed No reason to be sorry, the campaign did just start on 07/24. I believe the question was asking what you meant by end of the campaign (maybe this being week 10 and ending with it broken tonight?)

It should be noted there are reports of counters for incomplete/uncollected tasks being reset.

Mods/Devs/anyone? Any official word on the status of this issue?

When I press LB shows 0 progress in task (actual progress much higher), when holding LB it should bring up campaign screen instead flashes screen and crashes game.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
100% of the time. noticed today could have started yesterday not earlier

on xbox press and hold LB on world map

I copleted all tasks and was able to collect rewards the other day, today it show like I have uncollected rewards and uncollected stars from tasks.

Same thing on iOS with iPad - endless twirly loop of coloured balls.
