I lost a PvP battle and then the unthinkable happened. I got hit with a trophy loss followed by about 36 seconds and then another trophy loss for the same battle! Double Jeopardy, Man! :open_mouth:

Does anyone else see this parallel in Joseph Conrad’s Heart of Darkness? Remember, Kurtz’s last words? He doubled up, too, bro. HE DOUBLED UP, TOO!: *"He cried in a whisper at some image, at some vision–he cried out twice, a cry that was no more than a breath: The horror! The horror!”

Spoiler–Then Kurtz dies, just like my hopes and dreams when I read the activity log in Gems of War.

Is this working as intended? Is this normal?

Nooooooooo @Jainus don’t give them ideas, I’ve been losing more often since the last patch, and I don’t want to bring down my guild with me if this becomes a feature… :sob:

BTW @Malkav, while I totally sympathize with that terrible situation, I have to say that your posts always make me smile and/or laugh, no matter the content. I enjoy a well-written and clever post any day :sunglasses:
