What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
The “Dark Hunger” talent (chaos tree, level 5) is supposed to steal 1 life from the first enemy when matching purple gems. It suddenly changed to stealing 6 life from the first enemy when matching purple gems. This appears to be due to the mythic troop “Consort of Darkness” getting added to the data files, the third trait is also named “Dark Hunger” and steals 6 life when matching purple gems. Someone likely assigned the existing “Dark Hunger” talent to the mythic troop by accident, then proceeded to change it as part of fleshing out the mythic troop, breaking it for the chaos tree.
