Connection to Server Timed Out (Not a bug)

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
Will not let me log in today. Keeps telling me to try again later and that my connection to server has timed out.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
First time happening, but has been like this all morning (at least 4 hours now)

Steps to make it happen again
Do you know how to make this happen? Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!
Just trying to click on the app to sign in for day
