Anyone noticed that visual representation of power level completion is missing now? It was bar over city name. Bar is here. Percents of completion is not.

Yes, this was actually the first thing I noticed when the new patch came out - I used to use the stars/progress bars to gauge which troops to level/trait next, but find this very difficult to do now.
