It is a Legendary, so it may take a while till you get lucky and get it.
Usually about 1 legendary in every 40 or 50 chests. Now we have over 20 legendaries? So that’s about 1000 chests on average for a specific one.

wow, i have seen 1 legendary in like 100 chests (and that includes the 40 magic keys too which should have been equivalent of 120 regular chests)
Oh, I got confirmation from a guildie that Bone Dragon is in the chests.
