43 hours of error codes and now screenfreeze. Plz help

Hi i got help from 505 now. And it helped.
Thank to those who tried to help me :slight_smile:

In case anybody else gets frozen up on ps4. Here is the guide i got from 505:

PS4 / Rebuild Database

  1. Turn off the PlayStation 4 by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off
  2. Once the PlayStation 4 is off, press and hold the power button. Release it after you’ve heard two beeps: one when you initially press, and another 7 seconds later
  3. Connect the DualShock 4 controller with the provided USB cable and press the PS button on the controller
  4. Select “Rebuild Database” from the menu. This scans the drive and creates a new database of all content
    NOTE: If after trying the above steps, you are still having issues, you will have to try the following to get back into the game:
    PS4 / Delete Game Data / Re-Install
  5. Select “Settings”
  6. Select “System Storage Management”
  7. Select “Applications”
  8. Highlight the game
  9. Press the “OPTIONS” button on the controller
  10. Select “Delete”
  11. Reinstall the game.
    Please keep in mind that you should not lose any of your save data.

deleting and reinstalling the game does not change anything at all and i have great doubts about rebuilding ps4 DB … not been able to play now since about 12h …

having spent 200$ on the game i don’t understand why I am not allowed to play.

I had quite a similar thing while buying gems for 30 bucks so Im wondering

Edit : still getting the crash after database is rebuilt.
