Why is there constantly an exclamation mark on the PVP shop?

See title. Is this a bug? I keep checking the shop every time the exclamation mark pops up again, but it’s always the same boring things.

Perhaps, just for now, to coerce people to go in there and take a look.

I did notice that my ‘PvP Goals’ had the notification icon on it when last I checked, but nothing else was ‘new’ in there since I had done no PvP since yesterday.

I think it’s to tell you to claim your PvP rewards.

That would make sense, but I finished the PVP rewards already. Take a look:

As soon as I enter the PVP shop and back out, the exclamation mark disappears. Very annoying.
