My pvp matches are being recorded as losses due to this.

please let me know your invite code so I can send you some compensation. This issue specifically related to the pvp battles counting as losses around this time should now be resolved 
There is a “Support” thread tag available. Who is supposed to check those? You? Kafka? Someone else entirely? If you really don’t want people to post those threads here—and you want them to them submit a ticket instead—should that tag be an option at thread creation?
