Epic Trial really wasn’t bad for this kingdom. Sometimes the critiques and calls for rescaling for difficulty are warranted, but not this time in my opinion. This one has nothing on Khetar in terms of impossibility. I got all Epic Trials done in 6 tries, only failing once on level 300.
Agreed on Grosh-Nak epic trials not being too bad. This is one where it does help a lot to be end-game with kingdom bonuses. It’s just a skull smash fest. I ran:
Drake Rider
Brawlmaster
Trk’Nala
Fist of Zorn
If the board didn’t line up to take out the first enemy Drake Rider and summoned-on-death Drake within the first two turns, I reset.
Does anyone else feel, that the amount of troops within the individual rarities starts to become concerning? A few more years with weekly introductions of new ones, and even event chests will require an insane amount to get a specific one…
We’ve been pointig this out for quite some time. Not only event chests, but also vault troops, Tarot cards, mythics, Soulforge, pet rescues and whatever you need some luck. I don’t think they have a long term plan for this. Just add a new mechanic to mess with everything else and fill the game with new possible bugs.
For anyone wondering if it’s in the pool, a guildmate of mine pulled Eye Of Arges with Event Keys just now.
Okay, I’ve completed all epic trials in Grosh-Nak, I have to admit it was actually a lot easier than it first looked. Granted, my stats are high and I used three season medals on top, less progressed accounts probably struggle to outpace all the summoning. I hear the opponent team has been changed, I hope it’s now less punishing for those that got swarmed before.
